You can make them on the site but you will have to delete some from the ps3 to be able to register it to the ps3.

64 accounts??? I thought the limit was 16,not that I've ever made that many but the only benifits I see from making other accounts is to get the downloads on different stores,for instance europes stores sucks compared to USA's! If your that desperate to make more accounts can you not just delete one,or two?? surely your not using them all
