I think it's - Dark Souls, Demons Souls, GT5

Gran Turismo 5 - Ridiculously long and it took forever to gold the X1 challenges. Also I hated having to leave PS3 on for so long for B-spec mode. Took about 11months to platinum on and off and one YLOD 60GB PS3.
Metal Gear Solid 2 - Having to finish game 5 times to collect all those dog tags forgotten how hard those boss battlles were. Then having to complete all 500VR missions afterwards.
Call of Duty WAW - Grenade spam in single player, just glad there were no zombie related trophies

I think that the hardest games are:

Fight Night Champion - only 1 person in the world earned this Platinum.

Time Crisis Razing Storm - only 5 persons in the world earned this Platinum.

Its impossible to do all the races in 5 hours.. when theres many 24 hour races and 3 hour races.

honestly these i think all Plats are really easy. Yes some are annoying and take a bit of practice. But i havent found a game i cant platinum if i really want the platinum.
