E3 Flasher is solder less for both slim and fat now =)

Also ordered one, but as ChrisTechTV said on here, when I read on E3's website, fat versions with NAND chip can't be done solderless (AFAIK).

Theirs some form of soldering, You dont need a hot iron thingy though you just need to clip the ribbon cable onto the ps3 board and your done.
