If you're talking about the original $600 60GB, than the answer is a matter of opinion. The features decrease as new versions of a system comes out for Sony. I.E. PSP 1000>2000, 2000 just had its Metal exoskeleton removed to make lighter, but more prone to break. But, the only thing they added in the slim was a larger hard drive(although any hard drive in a Ps3 can be swapped out for another.) and better audio. The Original had practically full Ps2 back-compatibility(ALL of my ps2 games work no problem), OtherOS(before the 3.21 Software update removed the feature

) 4 USB Ports, and Memory Card Readers(not really useful because of media servers but still a cool feature to have)
