its the same system just smaller...wtf does it matter?

I liked the way the Original Ps3's looked by it seems like the Slim has alot more going for it but I liked my orginal since it was backwards compatible and had 4 Usb ports.

Slim uses less power so yea slim is better, I sold my slim and kept my phat PS3, The phat one looks wayyy better imo

If you're talking about the original $600 60GB, than the answer is a matter of opinion. The features decrease as new versions of a system comes out for Sony. I.E. PSP 1000>2000, 2000 just had its Metal exoskeleton removed to make lighter, but more prone to break. But, the only thing they added in the slim was a larger hard drive(although any hard drive in a Ps3 can be swapped out for another.) and better audio. The Original had practically full Ps2 back-compatibility(ALL of my ps2 games work no problem), OtherOS(before the 3.21 Software update removed the feature ) 4 USB Ports, and Memory Card Readers(not really useful because of media servers but still a cool feature to have)

I wish I had a FAT..
1. Ps3 slim runs slower because of smaller hardware
2. Because it is all crammed together by shit tech nobheads at sony.
3. It freezes so many times because they have updates and if you havent noticed the ps3 keeps all the updates stored on the hard drive.. so less memory

the original one FTW i have one and i still use it all the time. i also play my ps2 games a little.

i personally would say the original 60gb was best, although its more susceptible to YLOD's, i own a slim 320 gb CECH-25xxB which has a 40*nm RSX GPU & 45 nm CPU !!!

slim is better way better

In bugs and errors the slim is bettter. But the original has more usb ports and can read ps2 games
