Why don't you just get a downgrader device like an E3 Flasher? Or do you not have a ps3 yet?
You should keep an eye on ModChipCentral.com though, they just started selling pre-modded xbox systems, maybe pre-modded ps3's are next.

Its difficult to find them to be honest. There are sites that claim they have them but they dont look trustworthy at all. Anyways 4.00 jb will be out soon enough, just wait or get an E3 flasher.
