Post: Problem with ps3, tv and pvr

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); the problem i have with my Hauppauge hd pvr i just set it up today, it runs for maybe 10 mins then does this, switches to a black no signal screen and tries to switch to a 720x480i setting?? im using it in 720p and then you see it just randomly come back on and work again but by this time my computer program is frozen. im using the default setting for ps3 and my computer is set up to not idle or go to screen saver any ideas???

Not sure if this will help, but change the settings on the ps3 to 720p only. Maybe the ps3 is trying to change resolutions and its messing up the pvr.

your computer is slow i getting imac and is worked on that not on my windows is YOUR COMPUTER!!

Lol, what are you on about I have a gaming machine i7 proccessor 64bit a terrabyte hdd and 8gb or ram. You sure thats slow? and its brand new :s Think again and re-read my op.

Just looking to see if it could be any compatability issues. I use the same thing (Hauppuage HD PVR) with my Sony 46HX800 hooked up via component cables without any issues and my PC is not as powerful as yours.
