or should I use the PSN Miraculous.

personally (dont get me wrong) but id switch to miraculous. make sure its avaliable tho. Paladichuk zounds weird and people might call u dic from pala"dic"huk . just my opinion

You might have to add some letters or trick spelling. Don't think that the PSN you want will be available. Why do you want to change your PSN? I've had the same one for over 4 years.

I would keep your last name. It's unique, and you've had it for awhile. Why change?
