you have a few options, 1 of them is to fix it yourself, a fellow member has linked a great tutorial above.
Another option is to ditch it and sell it on ebay, depending what model your PS3 is, you could get a nice £50/$60 for it!
Or you could send it in to song (or an independent fixing company), the independent company will be cheaper, and depending on where you are from, there are many small businesses that would happily fix this for around $50.
