i wanted to open mine (it is out of warrenty) to clean dust etc out of it.

actually there was a way on the fat ps3 but i just didnt no if there was a way on the slim ps3

ok, but you can do it so they dont know. Its mainly the sticker on the bottom, im trying to find a way to take it off and not have it damaged or ripped...they made it to get damaged when you attempted to take it off, but there was a way to do it on the fat ps3...and i was wondering if you could do it the same way?

i did it without voiding it but its extreamly hard u need a very steady hand plus the 3 screws under the ps3 in the front u cant strip those there special screws i use a precision screw driver flat the smallest 1 and only do half turns on it like a ratchet but best advice dont the casing is hard to get off n since u aint experienced at it then it aint 4 u to do plus that stick will show up void theres a way but u need to play a game n let it warm up but again u pull that sticker to much in anyway it will say void n ur gonna get screwed ova my friend
