Mass Effect 2 is only $20, so is Dragon Age: Origins. Yes those are a few years old, but they are excellent.

I personally think NFL Blitz is the best hands down for 14.99$. I think the game is way too cheap for how much effort they actually put into it. There's so many options of things you can do and graphics are great.
