How many time shave you tried restarting the download? Can you try downloading it at a friends house or at a different connection?

I managed to fix it. i tried downloading about 10 times and my friend downloaded it to. The fix was to turn off ps3 hold down power button until two beeps the start downloading, worked for me. If anyone else having this problem, try this out. Mod please close
