DLC nowadays usually isn't something that will surprise people. However, free DLC will.

Tecmo Koei, insert special position here, has announced that not only will Ninja Gaiden 3 have DLC, it will
also be free! The content of the DLC will most likely focus on expanding Ryu's arsenal and weaponry. Expect
lots more pointy things to kill people with.

Unfortunately, the content hasn't been announced outside of Japan, but hopefully it'll make its way oversees to

Heck yes! I thoroughly enjoyed Ninja Gaiden sigma 2 and its mission pack. I re-played on both 360 and ps3 and never got bored of it. I expect the same from NG3. I hope they include something alike the mission packs from ngs2 maybe even more weapons to choose from and exclusive characters to use in the game. Thanks for the info.
