Post: Taking original 80 GB Ps3, I need help!

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok so, my 2nd ps3, which is the 80 GB Original edition won't read discs anymore. I went to try and open it up to see what the problem was and... the screw seems to have a "nub" inside of it, making it so my Hex screwdriver can't take the screw out? Please tell me how i can get this damn thing open without damaging the valuable components..

i know this is kinda british layland styleSmile but you could try gripping the screw with some pliers and turning.

I'm pretty sure they sell special screws on eBay, check it out, otherwise I have nothing for you,

Take it to your local game store and ask them for advice, or ask friends at school

I have no friends at school that play video games, i don't like to hang around gamers xD. And Ok, i will do that. Thanks man Smile
