You can deactivate at qriocity. But once you deactivate your slots will go from 5 to 2. I don't know if they still give you the free 1 time deactivation since the new deactivation feature via qriocity.

So how do i do it....is it a website?? Im kind of a NOOB hahaha and should i try it or is it not goin to work after the new software or patch from 5 to 2?????

1) Go here You must login or register to view this content.
2) Click on Manage Your Account
3) This will take you to the Sony Entertainment Network Account Page.
4) Log in with your PSN login and click on the "Account" tab at the top
5) Now click on the "Media and Devices" option on the left side of the window.
6) In the square that says "Games", click on the downward arrow below (or anywhere in the square) where it lists how many PlayStation systems you have activated.
7) Now click on the button that says "Deactivate All".
Read the message carefully and click "OK".
9)All PS3 and PSP devices are now deactivated.
Now log onto your working PS3 or PSP and activate it as normal

Actually thats false information. I deactivated on quircity and I am using all 5 slots again.

Its not false information. I did it to my account and so did people I know. Since the new update that only allows for two PS3's to be on one account. I have tested this with my own account. Having 5 slots, I reset and I can only activate my PS3 and one other.

Not sure what to tell you but I reset my account about a week ago and I redownloaded on my 2 ps3's and gave out my 3 other slots and they got my games as well without issue.

All the games they downloaded though were prior to that update, so how old are the games you are trying to download? I will ask them to download something new and see if it works.

First thing, when someone gives you information, search the web to see if you or him are right. Don't be arrogant.
The fact of the matter is, what Zero said is accurate information. Any games downloaded before the patch you
can still use on 5 different accounts. And with anything downloaded after the patch, you're going to be restricted to two.

Have a friend or two try and download something now. You'll see that it is just 2 now.
