my downloads on pc are fast but on ps3 there super slow using ethernet 32mb it says 5mins cod updates like 28mb take 5min

im using a static ip/dmz on ps3. could this be my problem ?

Static IP won't cause it

Also use wired that should speed it up

im wired, but pc downloads are fast on ps3 they just take the p*ss

I believe a method of using a VPN/poxy to speed up downloads but unsure how it works sorry
