(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok well this question has been on my mind for a bit now so ya. I know the pros and cons to jailbreaking and all the capabilities but does the jailbreaking process only affect the HDD which majority of everything is stored, or is there more to it with the whole system. I would figure that you could have 2 seperate HHDs and one be 3.55 jailbroken and another be 4.12 and then pswap them in or out to either you wana play with mods and stuff or have a legit part which you can normally play and look into. either way can someone shed some light onto this matter?

No, Firmware isn't stored on the HDD so what you said will not work

The actual firmware isn't stored on the harddrive, Its stored somewhere else, in the flash memory I think it is.
