Yea there are 2 methods. Search on Youtube Ylod Flux ps3 AND search YLOD Reflowing. I tried both but sadly it died (((

if you want to fix it yourself, i recommend you follow this video:



if not I recommend you take it to an independent fixing store, much cheaper than taking it to sony and most of them are very reliable!

if u live in england theres a company on ebay that do it for £20 plus postage had mine done 5 month ago n still workin fine
