(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});The EA sport's program is back! The Season ticket, has now been updated for the upcoming EA Sport's games, which are said to be released in early fall and beyond. EA's advertisement for the service is in caps and bold "PLAY EARLY., PLAY MORE., PLAY BETTER". The pass will be available for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, therefore other platforms such as PC and Wii U, will be excluded, and are forced to miss out on the deal. The subscription will retail for $25.00 USD for PlayStation 3. As for Xbox 360 users, it will be priced at 2000 MSP (Microsoft Points). The subscription will last for 12 months (unless renewed).
With the EA Season ticket, EA claims that ultimate team users will have an advantage over their online opponents (ones who do not wish to partake in the service). This claim is based on the perks of the service. 3/5 series have already announced what will happen if you have announced their benefits for users with the season ticket.
1 Legendary Pack and 24 Pro Madden Packs (Over $30 USD in retail)
24 NHL Gold Premium Packs (Over $30 USD in retail)
24 Fifa Gold premium packs (Over $30 USD in retail)
To be announced
NCAA
Tiger Woods
From what has been announced this will give subscribers of the season ticket program over $90 USD in benefits. This will also help in savings for players who partake in more than one "Ultimate Team".
This feature was already in the plan. However, it was a fan favorite for those who were eager to play the game earlier. Although, a demo is released around 2 weeks before the release of said game (Fifa, Madden, etc). With this feature, users can play the full game for 3 days as opposed to the restrictions of the demo ( 3 days before the release, once the game is out, it is no longer valid). However, the good news is once the actual copy of the game is bought, a user can pick up where they left off.
The final big feature is 20% off all Ultimate Team packs.
To conclude, EA have responded to the community in a positive fashion, and are now offering more for your money. You must login or register to view this content.
Lol so now you have to pay if you don't want to have a disadvantage in online gaming? Fuckin greedy pricks
Ehhh... Yes and no.
The way ultimate team works is it is a virtual economy, which features both a coin and auction system. With this you get an advantage because you get a good amount of gold packs for free, So you are likely to pull a decent player such as say a Alexandre Pato (Fifa). Keep in mind this is when the game where everyone has been reset. So, if you have an all gold team and your going against b division teams, you are likely to win. However, it is still a skill based game. Ea regardless is a greedy company, which i agree with that opinion.

Eh, I love sports games and all but this still seems like a massive ripoff to me. I'd rather just pay like $5 a game and choose which games I can get this for. I only play Madden and NCAA from EA, so the NHL, FIFA, and Tiger Woods stuff is pointless for me.
