Man i dnt think so. Look , send an email to sony (for me it works i get an response in 2 days or even less) about your problem, they will send you an email back show us the email or get any prove you call sony and they sad that to you.
I think you got into some ones acc , and the guy call sony saying the acc was stolen ,inb4 you got an 30 days ps3 banned for sign in someons acc.
