Is it possible to play a co-op or a multiplayer game on ps3 without having access to psn
ethernet wont work because the friend i want to play against lives in a totally different house
i want something like hamachi
i heard about xlink kai but i think it needs an ethernet connection
well unless u have a good deal for an ethernet cable that is +4km

I think it's possible if that's what you're talking about. you just need internet access, which I think you are saying you don't have. in which case if you had, you wouldn't need to ask this. so in essence, no. sorry. out of luck. maybe someone else can tell you you can. but I don't quite think it works like that. lan party is when two ps3 systems are connected to the same network. remote networking is possible, but requires internet access. if you have internet access, you have access to psn.

Hi when the PSN was down from the hacking my friends and I were playing games through the internet using
Xbslink, but you can only play games that have a lan game option like Black ops.
But since the psn is not down it would seem weird to play through Xbslink

currently i cant access my psn because i have a jailbroken ps3
and cant seem to find a way to enable PSN/SEN

O well that makes more sense.
you will only be able to play games with LAN option through the internet then.
I tried Xlink kai but found Xbslink easier to set up but something like that is what you're going to need
