you cant make you own avatar on the psn, you only can choose one from the store or the free ones.

Sony wouldn't like to censor everybodys avatar.. And people would put up some fucked up pics..

Most likely on CFW but would only show up on your screen

Yeah you can have your own avatar with any cfw but you friends should never see them :/
