Qore is only available in the US PlayStation Store (i think).

Yeah you subscribe by purchasing the annual subscription option at the PSN store, go to the media section and you'll see it and the annual should be the first option in the qore section. With tax it comes out to about $27 sth. You get a free game and some free themes though..high velocity bowling is the game which is like $9.99 by itself. I think it sucks that newer subscribers don't get to download previous games given for free to older subscribers like linger in the shadows and calling all cars.
