Sony loves money and its difficult to find free games !
I know blue toad murdered, free realm ( but you must buy many items ) !
For ps vita there is tresures of montezuma blitz and ecolibrium !

only free games is playstation plus other then that only special events they give out a few or 1 like when sony got hacked
