here is a thread that is going to tell you how to get your account back on playstation network

CALL THESE PROVIDED NUMBERS- U.S. PROVIDED

State your phone number with your area code; EXAMPLE:760-22-2550

State the name that is on your account: Example: James Smith

A vaild email it should usually be the orginal email you signed up on the playstation with:Example [email][email protected][/email]

Now you are going to say "I was looking onto to my account and it said my email and or password has been changed,I did not validate this can you please help me restore my account"

The customer service agent will most likely reply "I can deff help you out with that"

Now you are going to tell the customer service agent this information

-Your original email you made the Playstation account with
-The Online ID;Example: JohnSmithkiller7474
-If asked for serial number; you have to tell them the serial number you first logged into the playstation with it does not matter if you signed up a playstation account on the computer just the first person to log into the playstation 3
Here is an example of a Serial Number for a 2 year old playstation THE SERIAL NUMBER IS THE WHITE BARCODE ON THE BACK OF YOUR PLAYTATION 3
EXAMPLE: CGA23884569-CECH-2501A
For a older model if might look such as the "FAT" Playtation 3
EXAMPLE:CE48482920-CECHA01

Now after providing this information the Customer Service agent
will say "Please wait while I put you on a 1-2 minute brief hold"

after the 1-2 minute hold the Customer Service agent will say
"Okay JOHN I contacted a playstation account specialist and he will direct you further,before I leave you,do you have any questions?"

You will say "No,Have a great day"

When speaking to the account specialist you will have to repeat your

-Original email logged in ever with the account
-The Online ID

Now pay attention because this is WHERE YOU GET YOUR ACCOUNT BACK!

the customer service agen will say
"I am going to ask you some easy security questions"

You will reply :Yes I am Ready

the security questions are

1-What is the name on the account?
2-What is the house adress on this playstation account?
3-what is your date of birth you have put onto this account?


Warning: You can get your account back if you know 1-3 questions

the questions you are allowed to get wrong are "ONLY ONE OUT OF THE TWO NOT BOTH"
-Date Of Birth
-And The Name

After providing this information you should happily get your account back

if you have been hacked in the past

1rst time ever getting your account back - No Penalty
2nd time-7 day Suspension
3rd time-30 day suspension or perm. Banned

Alert to scammers : PSN actually bans your console if you get caught. I believe it's 30 days first time then 3 months then 6.

yeah i know a guy that got banned for 30 days for trying to steal someones account.. fucking losers. he just wanted it because it had 20th prestige on cod LMFAO
