(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Im in the middle of building my own PC atm but for the time being i want to us my pc monitor to play movies/netflix but the monitor has no speakers. On the back of the monitor there is only the headphone system so this is all i can use to get sound, but i have 2 external speakers but they have a rca cable end on them i think so was wondering if i could use this in anyway? is there such thing as getting a adapter for this to work. Or what else can i do to get sound for now?

Male, im gonna say they most likely were powered by something and the rca cable connected into something else
Someone gave them to me a while ago i never used them before until trying now. So i presume now they wont work at all now.
You know of any thing else i can do? is there such a thing as a headphone jack speaker?

yep Computer speakers are usually run by a mini jack to rca cable like

but if you have a stereo with an AUX input you can have the audio running from the ps3 through the RCA cable
and the video running through HDMI.
you have to set it up on your ps3 like that
