Yes, but safest bet is to look up tutorial. I don't want you bricking your console

You have to do it from the system restore menu I believe.

install 4.21 ofw over your cfw via recovery remove any homebrew prior to that then update to 4.30 from xmb simple!!!
why you wanna install ofw people are carving for cfw and you on a cfw want to go on ofw??
Be warned once updated to any official firmware above 3.56 you cannot downgrade or install cfw until and unless you got a hardware flasher and downgrade your ps3 back to 3.55
or if you want fool proof
1st downgrade your 4.21 to 3.55 cfw then install 3.55 ofw over 3.55 cfw then finally update to 4.30 the later is more safe as 4.21 cfw has still some unknown bugs.

I would revert back to 3.55cfw, Then 3.55ofw, And finally back up to 4.30ofw. This is what i would do, I have all the necessary PUP's for this also. Simply let me know and i shall enlighten you.
