Put your PS3 in service mode ( hold power button etc) then update your ps3 from there otherwise Factory Reset it

=Dgo to the psn website then download the ofw from there then put it on your usb like this PS3/UPDATE/put the pup in the update folder then after that go to system update then via storage media then update but if you cant do that then go to recovery mode and do it there if both of those don't work then try getting a new HDD and if that doesn't work then either get a new PS3 or just send it to sony then they will fix it.:p
