I think I have been I.P banned from Call Of Duty Black Ops II

It was a mistake by me, A gaming forum I go on has a Chat Box where lot's of people talk about gaming and general things.

Somebody Put a link called My Little Pony.rar
Wondering what It was I clicked It and It started to download a Torrent file, So I went back to the Chat Box and asked what It was, They said It was Call Of Duty Black Ops II Download for ps3, I Did not know this at all.
So straight away I cancelled the download.

Around 11:30pm UK Time I went to go and buy Call Of Duty Black Ops II, Waited Until about 12:15am to get It and then went home to play It.

I put Call Of Duty Black Ops II into my Playstation 3 and Installed the 1.02 Update, I went straight onto Multiplayer, I was Creating A Emblem In the Emblem Editor when Suddenly I got kicked to the main menu and a message came up saying "Unable to connect to the Call Of Duty Black Ops II Server at this time please try again later or visit https://www.callofduty.com/blackops2/status/" So I went onto the website as told and It said "occasional disconnects should be expected" So I tried to get online again continuously for about 7-8 hours. So now I just think I am banned as All my friends are playing It with no problems, I have been back on the website into the chat box and people are suggesting that I have been I.P banned.
What do I do?
I did not intentionally click on a Pirated version of the game.
I pay for everything I have.
I think It's Unfair to me as a regular Call Of Duty Player since Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare.
My PSN ID Is "big2k10ed"
Can this get sorted out please?

depending on your region servers can be down for up 2 12 hours dont worry your probs not banned im unable to connect to same problem
