I don't actually know what the problem is but, I bought some certain games(Brand new) which done this - Uncharted 3, Battlefield 3. So after i tried these i tried a game which ive had for ages, they worked fine, so i look at the disc's what didn't work, and it had like a rainbow effect on the disc, like have you ever put oil on the floor and the sun shining on it and it shows rainbow? So i guess the problem is what ever disc has that rainbow effect on the bottom doesnt work.
You could say this is the normal disc.

The games what didnt work had this on the bottom. They were brand new no one had used them before so just check if yours has this on.
