I don't even have a jb or cfw ps3 so I have no idea why I was banned
I would like to know of my account is permanently banned or just suspended.

Well i just called sony and they told me im permanently banned and i got the same thing ;( Sorry bro all i can say its Perma ban. If not 2-3 weeks.
