LOGJAM .. a friend told me logjam once you put it on its on forever ?? clearly not !! you must have to put it on every time you sign in??

Well does it come up with a error message saying you have been banned? If it doesn't it probably means your IP has changed, so you have to update your Primary DNS if your attempting to spoof 4.30.

It says 'You cannot use psn with this account (8002A231)' - with all my accounts. I'm spoofed to 4.31 KMEAW cause I was doing MW3 xp lobby.
