Just spoke to Sony about my PS3 being banned, and they didn't know why it was banned. They said it all looks ok from what they saw. They are going to pass my details to a 'special SEN team' and they will look into it further.
I will update here what they say...
I think it was due to playing Black Ops 2 on Rogero. But maybe, just maybe, they will not know why and unban my PS3?! Fingers crossed!!
As I said, I'll let you know the outcome here, ASAP!

dude when a ps3 is banned they blacklist only your console id from SEN pretty much only they can reverse it any time!!
But did you play black ops2 online?/
Because from what news i heard Black ops2 scans your internal hdd and sends the info to treyarch and that is how they can tell you are using a cfw or not!!!

Yeah played it online from disc. I hate treyarch lol. What gives Treyarch the right to look into all your personal stuff in your HDD. I feel that only Sony should do that. But yeah, I heard the same, Treyarch scan your system, then ban you and report you to Sony, who then ban your console.
Thing is, I never got an email saying i was banned. So fingers crossed they unban me! If they do I'm not going online on any new games. Only offline and sync trophies at XMB.
