Ok, let's clear this up.
7200rpm HDDs do heat up more than 5400rpm HDDs, but it's not significant. 10% hotter, at worst. Your console isn't going to melt. For example, that would be 47 degrees C, instead of 44. Not significant for a HDD with an operational temperature range of 0-60 degrees C.
7200rpm HDDs don't necessarily draw more power than 5400rpm HDDs – it is entirely dependent on the make and model of the HDD itself. However – the fact that it draws a different amount of power isn't going to break your console. Think about it – all 2.5" SATA HDDs use the same kind of SATA connector – in order to work at all, they have to remain within the specification of the connector. It's not going to draw more power than the connector is designed to provide in the first place.
7200rpm HDDs do provide a small, but significant speed increase to HDD access on the console. Whether this speed increase is worth your extra cash is entirely up to you. The article most quoted is a forum post on the US offical forums – take a read. It's quite interesting.

So i think the 2TB WD Green would be good cause its 2.5 and it has 5400RPM
