I bought Hitman Absolution on Friday for €31. Its a great game! I got to the third mission and it froze. I didn't think it was a big deal I just restarted my ps3. Then I got to the 4th mission and it started freezing every time the autosave sign would appear. When I pressed the home button the screen just goes black. When I turned my ps3 back on It told me the file system is corrupt and needs restoring. So I restored it. I started Hitman again and it told me there was no save file..

There isn't a scratch on the disc as it is only 2 days old and my playstation is a 500GB super slim and it is in very good condition. Any ideas on how to fix this problem? I'm very annoyed that this has happened as it has never happened with any other game I have played..

Thats weird, did you try looking it up on google to see if anyone else has this problem?

Also i want to play hitman, so i want to know if this is a common glitch or not.

But with all these new games, sometimes they eff up when they autosave yeah? Could that be a cause?

Maybe you can turn off the autosave and try saving manually, that might be useful- but almost no game has that so i guess that suggestion was futile...
