I just want everybody to know if this is happening to you, you are not the only one. There was a Case when my friend opened up Rebug Tool box and it said to update to a version no later than 4.21. He wanted to update to Rex again and it took him to 3.72. The other case was he was updating and it was stuck on 99%(Bricked PS3)
In order for this not to happen you need to disconnect from your Internet connection and Downgrade using 9.99 rebug Downgrader which will put you on 3.55.3 Rebug.

Sounds like your fuck nugglet friend had a game disc, which conveniently MW3 has 3.72 on it, when he updated. Don't matter for me for I'm on DEX now :FAH:

Yes I would assume this is what happened also. It would be easy to make this mistake since I'm sure most people throw in any old game disc and forget that it's in there! :evil: :evil:
