Starting on Tuesday, January 29th, users will be able to download Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus for PlayStation Vita free of charge. Madden 13 on both PS3 and Vita will be 30% off. And the PSN games Gatling Gears, Section 8: Prejudice and Greed Corp will all be 50% off.
Additionally, Sony has announced that if you purchase a new one-year PlayStation Plus subscription between now and March 4th, you will get an extra three months free of charge (for 15 months total). Keep in mind that subscriptions can be stacked, so you don’t have to wait until you’re about to run out if you want to take advantage of the offer.
Sony also revealed an interesting statistic that we’ll leave you with in closing. For a one year $50 PlayStation Plus account in 2012, users could have saved as much as $2,472 on free and discounted games, DLC and more. That’s nearly 50 times the cost of the subscription.

Shit those are some crazy numbers... I actually like PS+ a lot because of the additional savings and benefits. Amazing how you can spend $50 for PS+ and save money. Or you can spend $50 on Xbox Live and get nothing in return besides early DLC releases, 12 year olds kids and an empty feeling on the inside.
