(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey guys,

My PS3 has been having problems lately with the screen on 720p.
The pixels will jump around on the screen whenever I load a game in 720p.

My specs:

Quantum View 32" 1080p LCD TV
PS3 160 GB on 4.32 firmware. (Or was it 4.23?)
HDMI Hookup

Any help would be appreciated.

What you are experiencing is most likely "artifacts" and these are caused by the RSX graphics engine or the CELL processor detaching from the motherboard or burning out. Re-balling them might help but it requires soldering knowledge plus there is no guarantee it will work. Sorry bro but it is most likely broke. My 60GB did that then it started freezing so I had to get another one.
