(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello, please don't waste your money on the PS3 PULSE HEADSET. It was about 5 months ago when i bought my headset, i was very impressed as it was my very first pair of gaming headsets. I couldn't believe what was happening, i mean, i could hear people trying to sneak up on me... The only bad sides were: The headset would squeeze your head like crazy (i have a fairly average head size), the battery life was also very terrible (i needed to charge the headset twice a day) and lastly, the whole 'base impact(rumbles around your ears)' function was utterly useless and it didn't work properly. About 1 month later, the headset broke. It wouldn't charge or synch with my PS3. Well, i soon realised how bad the product really was, i started looking for a fix and then... It hit me! Out of all the people i saw on forums, about 40% of them had to put up with the same problem.

So, i returned the headset and amazon gave me a replacement. The same issue occured within a week, i was fed up! I asked amazon for a refund and i decided to buy a new pair of Tritton 720+'s, these have been proven to be superior in every way... The sound quality is by far better, i no longer have those intense headaches after 2hours of gaming and i don't have to put up with sound dropouts.
Thank you for reading.

The trick is to get the cheapest headset you can buy from Wal-Mart, because the bigger the headset the harder it falls, I can literally throw my headset down in the grass and it'll still work. My headset is very simple ---> Charge, Boot up, Talk lol. <---- that's all you need one for anyway, don't see why everyone's interested in hightech stuff.

Well I don't through my astro a40s, but I can guarantee they have 100x better sound quality that your Walmart headset and I have had them two years and have dropped them by accident and they are fine. When you pay for 'hightech' headset you get what you pay for.

Well, Surround sound really adds to the experience. Surround sund puts you at a completely new level of gaming, it also gives you an advantage in fps's.
