Its a stupid update , wouldn't you want to know when you achieved something ??? I swear sony is so dumb for this update !!!! I bet most people will not use this .

Ive never really cared about trophies, but they are probably shooting 2 birds with 1 stone here, aka stop online gaming [For a lil while] and this trophy option.

I don't know, but I feel like that trophy thing was a bullshit excuse for something else they really did but didn't say what. I doubt they would waste a firmware just to add one little option that probably no one will use.

The update added an option to set Trophy notifications on or off, Not to mention all of the bricked PS3s if caused... Dang, SONY had it all good until now.

Remove trophy notification :L Why, just why!

They probably didn't just add it for trophies, they probably have the 4.45 firmware to track down custom firmware users or something

Love hearing trophies pop. Very pointless update, idk if they took it off because of the reported bricks or what but I've logged in just fine without being prompted to update to the latest firmware.
