Turn of HQ mode if it's active. Otherwise, delete the mic from your list of recognized audio devices, then reconnect it by holding down the power button for a long time until the mic alternates red and green lights. Then search for it under the register audio devices section, enter the code 0000, and then try using it.

there are 2 volume buttons one above and one below. i put my headset on a diff ear which means the + volume for on the otherside.

nah it still doesnt work, I think it must be broken then lol

mine does it off and on to daztron, lol i just smack it a bit and it seems to fix it sometimes but make sure you dont hit it to hard or you might break it
