Skelzor has red glowing eyes and heart, Genghis doesn't. Most likely it was Marco Polo that you saw as I've seen another guy with him at level 40 something.

Oh. It was Marco Polo. You have to get the Platinum Trophy to unlock him. I`m currently at the part at the jail where chloe comes to visit(on hard mode)

once i beat the game this time ill get marco polo and genghis Khan all i need to do is beat it on crushing.

Get saving genghis Khan is 1.5million dollars lol. Try gobbles points glitch

infinte money hack or he did single player cause you get money for doing story mode and counts for multiplayer and you just save up your points and dont buy stuff
