(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); ok..
my third ps3 in one year ,and AGAIN it died...
i was playing cod(off-course) and for some reason it kept loading in the mainmenu.
i restarted the game and it just cant read no disk anymore.
its the second time this happened. and my 3rd ps3 in a year( almost 2 years)
1* ps3 not released so long, payed 600 € for it. -someone broke in and stole it after a couple months.
2* a year later, purchased a new one for 400 €, it didn live long.
almost a month later, while playing assasin creed, it stopped reading bleuray's. and i got a brand new one from the store, on garrantie.
3* this one has the same problem within a year..

i dont know what i'm doing wrong. ADVICE = WELCOME
i noticed it started blowing realy hard, specialy when playing from hard drive,
and map packs.

ALL THIS OPENS NEW OPPERTUNITY'S TO KNOW THE PS3 A LITTLE BETTER FROM THE INSIDE.
OR MAYBE EXPAND MY HORISON, TAKING HIM FOR A WALK( swim, ride, ...)

Or run your finger across the on/off button and waits till' it fully shuts down and then switch it off at the back. Anyway R.I.P PS3 (get a new one you dont want a exxybox) Get a Slimline cheaper and environmental friendly. (EASY TO TURN OFF)

all i can say is shut it off properly, keep it free from dust, and keep it cool.

Yea man that just seems like bad luck. I've had ps3 since launch and I've only had 1 problem with it and that wasn't major.

At least I can fight
I would get the 120 gig slim if you want true reliability its the newest one out. it should break. i guess youve just been unlucky. ive had my 60 gig with backwards compatibility for years now and it only had one error which i fixed by resetting to original settings. took three hours to restore but its been working great ever since.
