I have it at 20 but i don't know how.

ive also seen ppl have the revenge booster at like lvl 20, anyone know how?

If you pre ordered the game from gamestop, you can use the revenge booster from the start

ye i found this out after searching online, i also found out somewhere that buying winter chloe unlocks it but cant check that atm because of the halloween weekend

Yea if you buy Heist Flynn and Winter Chloe the pump taunt is unlocked.
