Guide

1. Download any small image (about 10KB) and save it as “me.png”.

2. Connect to your PS3 with any FTP. Set the host as your PS3 IP address. No username or password or port number is needed.

3. Find your avatar file. It should be located in the following directory: (dev_hdd0/home/000000XX/friendim/avatar/me.png )

4. Overwrite me.png in the above directory with your custom avatar.

5. Exit and you should now have a custom avatar Enjoy

doesn't work? used the same avatar but just flipped it over still that same

Pretty sure other people don't see it, only you do.

I tried this before and it never worked
