Pac-Man fights ghosts... Frogger just tries not to get squished.

Pac-Man has had his own cartoon, and a side scrolling adventure game. Frogger just jumps through traffic and across water.

Pac-Man has a wife and kid. I've never seen so much as a tadpole from Frogger.

Yeah, Pac-Man is the clear winner.
