How has this person got this 3 letter PSN when the minimum length it can be is 4. I currently have a 4 letter PSN but i am wanting to know if it is some how possible to get a 3 letter account like i saw. Thanks in advanced.

hmmm not sure are u sure he didn't have a underscore like qui_

His clan tag could of been something like []_]_]_qui and the last _ would be his realy psn.
