(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Okay, so I have been looking into purchasing an easycap, but BEFORE you moan and complain about it let me start by noting that I DO NOT PLAY ON AN HD TV SADLY, IT IS A TUBE. Meaning I have NO use for any HD PVR or stuff like that, a dazzle? No, pretty crappy quality and costly for what you get(so back on topic)

I was looking @ reviews for easycap and some newer reviews from users said they were not able to install the needed drivers on vista or w7 x64. I currently run Windows 7 64 bit and was wondering how would I go about using easycap with my TV on a computer that runs w7.

Also please note, no PC in my house runs XP and I believe you cannot install the needed drivers in compatibility mode.

So how would I use easycap with w7 as this is my only option? :(

Thanks!

do you have an example of quality as I don't feel like spending $50 for what I can get for $15.

I've got an easycap and windows 7 32bit, the drivers didnt install but you can install them easily by manually doing it, all you do is insert the cd, manually install drivers on the easycap, locate the drivers on the cd

not very hard and it works fine for me

oh you need to get the easycap dc60+

I was just looking into the dazzle and from what Ive seen it has pretty good quality. And I heard its okay on the user friendly side if you look into what your doing beforehand (such as installing it on w7) and since I know how to do that I am pre-pared so it wont be as fussy when I get it.

Since I can get a good dazzle with software for $50 and the quality is a lot better, I might side with one of those.
