ok so i was playin cod hs&d when the game ended my whole screen turnd black...so i waited for a bit. and it just stayed black. i pressed the ps button and i could go into my xmb. i tried to quit game and then it just kept saying please wait. then my ps3 made those beeps when it restarts. except it didnt restart. i turned it off in the back. turned it on. and everything was fine. except call of duty wasnt in the xmb under games. it wasnt there at all. wtffffff
i un plugd all the coards. took out the game. cleaned it. it was there everything went fine. but when a game stated it said "awaiting connection"..that stayed there forever. i tried to quit game. and it said please wait again forever. then tried to restart. it couldnt. haha. so i turned it off and on and instead of saying call of duty 4 modern warfare or it not being there it said "corrupted data"
wtf does that mean and wat tf do i do?

and when i unplug and all that ish
it works fine but the game wont start

its ok it happened 2 me ..try 2 clear ur CD and put it back.....or just delete the savedata 4 Cod4 ,,,,hope it will work 4 u

i had the same like 5 times, but i never get a corrupted date message.
i think your ps3 messed up cod4.

lol not as bad am me getting yellow lights on cod.But you could just return it our trade it in for antoher one
