you can only edit via savewizard, and using another users takes a slot, so one could say it would cost you $20 1/3 of overall product to edit your save file as your PSN id will take a slot.

Who cares about their ToS. They're releasing a save editor for 60$. What if we want to edit one game and that's it. No one wants to pay 60$ to edit ONE game save. Personally, I just need my monster hunter save edited, but I don't think that's worth 60$.
