Yeah. Seeing there's no other PS4 save editor out there.
This isn't like with BSD where you could edit saves entirely for free.

theres a save editor on a website that they made for ps3 and 360 but the guy recently got it compatible with ps4 saves so thats been semi helpful. its just shit resets for some reason sometimes.

So if I understand you correctly someone made it so a PS3 save editor could also work with PS4 saves.
Not sure how that would help you out in this situation seeing the game The Evil Within is a locked game.
Which you know that means the save can't be copied to a flash drive, and thus worked on.
I've even searched for codes where there should be codes and all they say is that game is locked and thus there are no codes.
I know the PS4 version is not locked so I'll give it go and see if I can supply you with a save that has max ammunition and syringes.

No promises though.
Usually the coding on these games can be a little tricky.
And some times when you change something too much the game either crashes or when moving from level to level it sets things back to normal.

Still I'll give it a look and see what I can do.
If I can make it work without problems I'll PM you with the details.

for the ps3 version there was a starter save fully modded I used you can put it on the ps3 but once used it becomes locked.
I used the save editor for the ps4 version and it does work, you just cant put a high number like 999999 or it will reset. the highest I think it will accept is 999 which works fine by me
